Is there an installation fee?
Yes. The installation fee is 20% of your order subtotal. This covers on-site setup, so your display is placed, styled, and secured correctly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit, reserve your date, and apply it to your order total. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is invoiced once the design details are finalized. Please confirm the deposit amount or percentage, as well as the due date for the final balance.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
